Hosting: This website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit it, Squarespace processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access in order to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Squarespace processes this data on our behalf. Data may be processed in the USA; Squarespace, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies: Squarespace uses cookies that are necessary for the website to work. Cookies for visitor statistics are only set if you agree in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Contact form and email: If you write to us, we process your name, email address and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form messages are processed by Squarespace and forwarded to us by email. We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Steam: Links to our Steam page lead to the Steam store of Valve Corporation. Valve’s privacy policy applies there.

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
